- Tool outputs generated by teams and supervisors during implementation support.
- Attendance records for structured training and coaching sessions.
- Supervisor validation forms documenting tool quality and practical application.
- Adoption verification logs from scheduled follow-through checks.
2. Data Ownership
Institutional data and operational documentation generated in client contexts remain the property of the client institution unless contract terms explicitly specify otherwise.
- Client records are not transferred to external parties without authorization.
- SkillBridge Liberia retains only anonymized performance metrics for internal learning and quality management unless otherwise agreed in writing.
3. Confidentiality
SkillBridge Liberia protects engagement information from unauthorized disclosure.
- Client documents are not publicly released.
- Case examples are anonymized by default.
- Named case studies require prior written consent from the relevant institution.
4. Storage & Retention
Engagement records are maintained in secure digital storage, with access restricted to authorized personnel directly supporting implementation and compliance oversight.
- Access is controlled through role-based operational need.
- Retention is aligned with engagement timelines and project reporting obligations.
- Archiving and disposal decisions are made using documented internal controls.
5. Audit Cooperation
Evidence can be made available for audit or verification only to authorized representatives of the client institution or approved funder entities.
Disclosures are controlled, purpose-limited, and documented to preserve confidentiality and institutional trust.
