Partner to deliver verified, workplace results.

SkillBridge Liberia combines employer-paid sprints with a small Year-1 donor gap for venue, equipment, and safeguards. We focus on measurable operational change, not just attendance.

High-Leverage, Sustainable Investment.

  • Year-1 model: one free pilot, then paid cohorts where employer fees cover ~60% of costs; the donor gap covers venue, equipment, and safeguards.
  • Donor funds go to fixed assets and protections while delivery runs on fee-based training revenue.
